Just Live!

We spend our life searching for what we are here for.
When what we are here for is right in front of our faces.
Take a look around you, and take it all in.
We were meant to live, not in any set way, but to just live at all.
The more we search, the more we wonder, the more life slips away.
So much time is wasted in planning the future of our lives, that life passes us by.
To much time thinking about what will happen in the distant future, the present no longer exists.
Slow things down, quit fast forwarding, and just hit play!
You have your family, friends, and self to live for. So just live!

Lost in the moment...

Sometimes I find myself getting lost in the moment. You say and do things you dont really mean to do or say. You get so caught up in what could happen, and what has happened, that you over react, or over think everything. Sometimes other people dont help that at all. They also do the same thing. They say and do things they probably dont really mean. It shows too, you can tell. Those are the things you need to work past and forget about. If you dont, it will just eat you alive on the inside. Learn to listen to things and take them for what they are worth. Dont over think things, and dont worry so much. If something was meant to happen, or if it was meant to be, then it will happen. Just chill and enjoy life until it does! Dont worry about what those others have said or done, because eventually they will prove to you they didn't really mean it, or they will actually not change, and they will follow on with what they started. Not so proud...

I'm not so very proud of the way I've acted over the last week or so. I've said some dumb things, and done so dumb things. I just hope that certain people forgive that, and I hope they can understand I didn't mean to do what I did or say what I did. Lots of time for me to over think things, and thats what I've done. I just need to step back, re-evaluate whats going on, and chill. Well thats it for now, take care!

Opening Post

Well, I'm James Arlington. I'm 24 years old, or will be in a few days, and I'm currently in the military. I've been in for almost 6 years now. I've been divorced twice now, and life is kind of at a pressure point, if you will, for me. I'm doing alright, and will make it through just fine. I always do, its just a rough road. I've seemed to have traveled it far to often though. I will say that it has/continues to make me a better person. So its not all that bad. I do have a lot of things to look forward to, and some that I don't look forward to. At any rate, that's an introduction of myself. I'll continue to post all kinds of things on here I'm sure. I like to write songs, and other things, so I'm sure I'll post those too. Until next time, don't think so much about life, just live it!
