this is my life
it's not what I was wishing for
now that I'm here so far away
its so hard to be happy

all of the mistakes I have made
have made me the person that I am today
Its so hard to learn from them
but I can make things better

its not the end of the world
I've been through this before
You move through it and live on
and you can face the days ahead

I'm not ashamed of the person I am today
I am who I want to be
I'm just not where I should be
I'm not where I want to be

Soon it will get harder
and things wont get easier
but I am who I am
and I'm strong enough to make it through

I might be far away
but I will be back again
and life will get better
